Standard fixed-spec tube mill machines are typically designed for only one mode: 2 Roll, 3 Roll, or 4 Roll. When rolling profiles change, factories often need to invest in new or additional machinery for the production line. The Hybrid Squeeze Stand, designed and manufactured by CHP, can switch between 2-3-4 Roll modes and adjust height within a single machine. This reduces the need for new capital expenditure (CapEx) and minimizes installation footprint compared to using multiple separate machines, fully customizable to suit your steel and stainless steel tube production line.

Height Adjustment

Machine stand structures engineered based on mechanical design principles to allow switching between 2 Roll, 3 Roll, and 4 Roll modes within a single machine. A single machine supports multiple specifications, eliminating the limitations of traditional machinery and the need to invest in new equipment when changing production formats.
Gear reduction systems and power shafts specifically designed to handle high compressive loads, integrated with PLC control systems. Millimeter-level precision setting supports a wide range of pipe sizes and thicknesses, reducing on-site setup time and increasing rolling accuracy while supporting continuous operation.
Successfully delivered, installed, and commissioned on-site. Shafts, bearings, and assembly components are designed as modular parts, allowing for easy disassembly, inspection, maintenance, and replacement while accommodating mechanical torque and overload as designed.
